You should know and understand every single minute, intricate detail about yourself. What you like, what you hate, your strengths, weaknesses, passions, it can go on and on. Unfortunately, many people are lost in this world to the point where they don't even know themselves, they have no personality essentially. Just another person going through life, whatever that may mean for them. Well it's time for that to change, it's time to bring self realization and love back to humans.
Today I want you to spend 15 minutes writing about yourself and your days. I want you to list things that you both love and hate and give reasons as to why for both. I want you, at the end of the day, write down everything you did in a very detailed manner. And I want you to go over this list and ask yourself, why did I do this when I could have done this? Really dive deep into your own psyche. In order to understand the world, you must first understand yourself. Once you have acquired the skill of self-actualization you will notice a lot of change in the way you go about life.
