Self-Doubt

"Our doubts are traitors, and make us lose the good we oft might win, by fearing to attempt." -William Shakespeare

The number one way to know you are doing the right thing? That is when you start to doubt yourself. You question your abilities. You are telling yourself you can't do it. When these thoughts start popping in your head that's the signal to keep going, the green light if you will. That's because nothing good ever came easy.

I run often, many of the days that I go for a run I wake up not wanting to run. Thinking it is going to take too long. It is going to be too hard. I am not going to be able to finish. Yet, I complete every run, and at the end when it's all said and done I feel like I'm invincible. Self-doubt builds character and perseverance which are essential aspects to the journey that you are embarking on.

Doubt yourself, listen to the doubts, write them down but destroy them and re-read the doubts when necessary and always remember that there is an animal inside of you that can and will do it.
